thanks for your initial comments on my blog. Well, it’s definitely not too late, most people don’t know it when joining when their first company, myself included and the bulk of them will never learn it or act upon their knowledge.

Having a mentor is so key in this industry…actually, I recommend having SEVERAL mentors!
This is so important and so many people don’t have successful mentors and they are left to figure it out themselves, which is tough!
