After “Financial Intelligence in MLM Network Marketing Pt. 5″ and the nice subject of dreaming, today policies and procedures. Very ugly topic.

Originally I didn’t want to write about the subject “Policies and Procedures” already today. But because of the news I’ve got this morning from some contacts and clients about their termination – and not only theirs – at a well-known MLM company with famous names at the top, I feel that it is necessary to write about this subject today.

This is a perfect example for a company not having the five pillars for success in MLM Network Marketing in place. When it comes to the five pillars to success and the policies and procedures, I can tell you that they are crucial for your longterm goal of true residual income.

The legal document you accept with a simple check when signing in, is the foundation of your business, of your income and therefore of your dream you want to realize. Not reading that document is financially not intelligent. Period.

Flocking to another company with very similar clauses is financially not intelligent. Period.

Joining any other company without checking the five pillars first is financially not intelligent. Period.

Laughing at those who read their policies and procedures is financially not intelligent. Period.

Blaming those who encourage others to read their policies and procedures is financially not intelligent. Period.

Knowing these clauses and hoping that the company won’t use them is financially not intelligent. Period.

The sad thing is: We’re living in an information society. The information necessary to succeed in life and to realize everything you can imagine and you feel yourself worth for, is available at your fingertips – and nobody wants it or realizes that this information (here: the policies and procedures of a business opportunity) is crucial for your financial well-being and that of your loved ones.

Nobody can say that it is an information overload: Everybody confirmed to have read and accepted the legal documents. Ok, they are monsters of more than 50 pages sometimes.

If a company thinks it is necessary to have policies and procedures of 30, 40, 50 or more pages- why don’t you consider them worth reading ? Is that financial intelligence or financial literacy ?

Even worse: Reading them, detecting lethal clauses and not acting upon them is suicidal. If you think that you need not act upon them, I can almost guarantee you: The company will act upon their policies or procedures. Sooner or later.

Once more: They are the foundation of your business, of your financial life, of your dreams.

For any questions, please contact me. I am able to deliver you a blueprint that enables you to evaluate any MLM company within 5 minutes.

Once more: The information is available at your fingertips. Again, who will ask for it and who will act upon it ?

I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

When thinking and writing about all this, the fairy tale of the three little pigs comes into my mind. I think this fairy tale serves as a lesson to learn from this situation. Well, I know that some will learn their lesson, other’s won’t. Making a mistake once is OK, but making the same mistake over and over again is financially not intelligent. Period. To which group do you belong ?

By the way, I’ve added a nice video version of this fairy tale I recently found on YouTube. Enjoy it – and learn your lesson well.

    Hey Oliver,

Excellent indication about how people react and what they should or shouldn´t do. How can you join another opportunity, without considering why something didn´t work as planed?

Reviewing our previous decesion is a very powerful tool, of which we should take advantage of!
