The Best MLM Opportunity – Revelation Of An Anti-Secret Pt. 1
The Best MLM Opportunity – Revelation Of An Anti-Secret Pt. 2
The Best MLM Opportunity – Revelation Of An Anti-Secret Pt. 3
Hello everybody, in my previous posts of this series we discussed “Policies and procedures”, today let’s proceed immediately to one of my favourites – the compensation plans.
Why are they my favourites ? Because numbers don’t lie and because they drive human behaviour in the field, so that’s real life !
Numbers don’t lie, that means they hold true for every type of personality.
It’s the same with gravity: Even the most extreme Reds can’t defy gravity.
So you better know about gravity and work with it instead of working against it.
So please know your numbers and work with them.
If you don’t know them and work against them, then Sayonara.
Life can be so easy. It’s a matter of financial intelligence and being business savvy.
At the end of the day, it comes all down to a very simple question: How many people do you need on your team consistently ordering product on a monthly basis to make a certain amount of monthly residual income ?
Residual, recurring income whether you work or not.
I’m not talking about sponsoring bonuses. They are nice, of course, but they are not residual.
I am naturally lazy so I want to make a certain amount of monthly recurring income with the least amount of people and I don’t want to recruit recruit recruit or sell sell sell when I am enjoying life with my loved ones on the island of our dreams. Can you subsribe to this point of view ?
It is a good idea to download the free ebook “Success in 10 steps” from the highlighted link because it’s a good preparation for upcoming posts and it gives you further insight – especially because I am often writing about Personality Colours – what the h… does Red Personality mean ? Might help you to understand yourself and others better.
To be continued…part 5 of the series about the best MLM opportunity.
To a prosperous life,
Oliver Tausend

Oliver,
That is truly a great question to know the answer to. It’s great to know exactly what you must accomplish, how big of a team you must build, in order to achieve your financial goals. This way you know where to begin.

Hi Jordan,
you got it. You know where to begin – sometimes people realise that they need to start over again in another business that’s more lucrative for them. Thank you for your comment.
Take care

Comp plans are one of the most misunderstood components of MLM (besides p&p).
Basically if you want to make $5,000/month you have to figure out how much people that would take to generate…
Great post!

Hi Cara,
that’s true, they’re misunderstood because people don’t discriminate between one-time sponsoring bonuses (which are certainly nice) and true recurring residual income. The beauty about the 5,000 $ a month that you can apply it for every income goal you may have. Thanks for your comment.
Take care

Many of these failed businesses have truly unique ideas behind them. The problem lies primarily in the fact that their creators are not familiar with the basics involved in running a work at home business.

Hi Lisa,
thanks you commenting frequently on my posts. I appreciate that. In order to run a successful business, you need both a good idea and the basics in business administration.
Thank you

Hi Oliver
The numbers you talk about are the bottom line as you say and we should be aware of them. I’m looking forward to your next post.

I like that, how much work do I have to do now, so that I can be lazy later. I can get paid for the work I do now(sponsoring bonus). If I do it right, it will pay me forever(Residual Income). Just how many customers, do I need ordering “X” amount of product or service.
Beautiful post Sir,
Sincerely and With Appreciation,
Chysom Scott.

Showed your blog to a friend of mine. He was very intrigued by your reference to “even Reds cannot defy gravity”. He asked me what was THAT supposed to mean. So, I let him watch “Colors of Success”. Now, he wont give it back! Great post!

Hi Errol,
and makes my day. I’m glad that I was able to help you and your friend. Well, and I place these allusions for a purpose in my posts because people ask questions:”What does this guy mean by that ?”
that is pretty cool

Great post!!
Clearly define realistic goals based on your level of knowledge and experience. As your skills increase so will your income. Thats what makes the business model so lucrative. You can work on a job for years acquiring endless degrees and skills, but your income will only increase as business need increases. I love networking or relationship marketing business models because they level the playing field…as you sharpen your skills and build lasting business relationships, your income will increase!! Start now by assessing your current grade level…kindergarten, high school, college grad, doctorate. Determine how fast you want to advance your education…find a mentor, become a protoge and get some “on the job” training!! The best way to learn and grow is by doing…
Stay focused to finish your journey and you will achieve your goal. Remember dont quit!!

Good article. I have been living a life on a compesation plan for the last 10 years. It is in the numbers to the amount you will see. Residual income is by far the coolest way to earn an income and beyond that a profit. The numbers can make that happen. Here is an email I received today from my mentor sponsor. He is the one that makes me believe that residual income is key to your dynasty.
From Bruce Nelson my sponsor.
We are often asked, what does your day really look like? Here it is !!
A Melaleuca Day;
Awaken between 6:30, 7:30 (no alarm clock)
Take an hour walk, stumble across deer, gray squirrels, owls, dozens of beautiful birds and an occasional Bear, bob cat, fox or mountain lion. (thank goodness we are not on their menu)
Be home by 9 AM, drink couple of cups of coffee, read a book, meditate and have a Melaleuca breakfast (shake containing all kinds of natural ingredients including Fiber Wise & Proflex)
10 AM touch base with leaders in our business, see what we can do together and accomplish that day.
11 AM Do live calls with team members, setting appointments for presentations later that day or the next day.
Noon If no presentations are scheduled continue to make calls for myself.
1 to 3PM take a break, exercise (we have a gym in our house), honey dos (Pam has a never-ending list)
3 to 7PM Presentations, if none scheduled continue making prospecting calls send out emails etc. call leaders and people on our list that wanted to build a business and life got in their way, see if the time is right for them now.
7 dinner (time can vary) not regimented in any way.
8 PM off to the hot tub
9 Watch a movie or read, check schedule for the next day.
This is a typical Monday through Friday for us.
Saturday usually work until 2 or 3; Listen to training calls when scheduled
Sunday is Fun Day, Harley Rides, hikes. No cooking day, meals are somewhere other than home
When I compare our schedule with the schedule most people have it totally eliminates anything that could be perceived as negative about what we do. No shows, people that make promises they don’t keep etc really doesn’t matter when you stay focused on the big picture instead of a current crisis or disappointment.
When we work for others we make them rich at the cost of our own lives. They dictate where you are going to be, who you are going to be with, where you live and how much time you get to spend with those we care about. Every important thing in our lives is controlled by someone else. Often this includes someone else raising our children and being told second hand the things most people would rather witness 1st hand.
We take a minimum of 4 vacations a year. We get to pick the time and place and don’t have to have to ask for anyone’s permission.
Everyone’s goals are different, the bottom line to me is Life is about Memories Not Work.
Yours in health & wealth,
Bruce & Pam Nelson

Hi Martin,
yes it is. Can you imagine that there a plenty of people believing to build residual income and yet don’t do ? That’s really tragic.
Thanks for commenting.

Hey Oliver,
we talked about this “aspect” a couple of days ago and knowing how many people you need to build a specific amount of money will help to stay calm, if you know what I´m talking about.
There are many secrets, things that are mostly hidden, but they are actually vitally important to know!
Thank you for this great post,
Gerald

Hi Gerald,
thanks for your comment. The question is: Are there really secrets ? I would say there is no such thing as a secret in our industry…
Take care
