Hi Oliver,
Very good advice! Ultimately, YOU are responsible for your own success. Attach yourself to leaders and learn from them and then APPLY what you learned.
They say …”Knowledge is Power.” That is only half true. “Applied Knowledge is Power.”
Great video!

Hi Ilka,
thanks for your comment. I’m glad you are able to relate to it.
And it’s true: Only applied knowledge is power.

Hello Oliver
I agree and Ilka said it best “Ultimately, YOU are responsible for your own success”
Too many people who join mlm look up when trying to build their business rather than looking down.

Hi Peter,
there’s no way out of self-responsibility. Absolutely correct. If I don’t get this, the best sponsor in the world can’t help me.
Thanks for sharing
Take care

Hi, Oliver! I couldn’t agree with you more about avoiding excuses. There are plenty of people in this industry who out-earn their sponsors, so that means that they aren’t limited by their sponsors. If we want success, we have to realize that there are other ways besides the failed cookie-cutter methods some want to give out.

Hey Oliver,
You mentioned something that is very true and should be observed accordingly. When we only focus on people that have actually no clue how to deal with their downline, we are obviously wasting time. There are so many awesome individuals out there that are hungry and want to see other people succeed.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CATCH YOUSELF AN AMAZING MENTOR!!!
Vielen Dank dass du wieder einmal unglaublich attraktive Perspektiven gezeigt hast,

Hi Gerald,
getting a mentor – and perhaps also becoming a mentor to others – is key to success. And everybody can serve as role model. If you had a bad sponsor, look at him as reverse role model and become a better one.

Hi Oliver,
For must people the easy option is to blame their sponsor. Yes there are sponsors out there who do nothing but we are in business for ourselves and as such we must find a way to to achieve success. It not down to our sponsors to motivate us, life should be more than enough motivation.
Thanks for sharing and have a great day.

Hi Tristram,
thanks for pointing that out: We are in business for ourselves and not for our sponsors.
That is the truth.

yes it is too easy to blame others. But even when they may not be doing quite what we think they should, we have to take responsibility ourselves.
thanks Oliver

thanks for your comment. It’s easy to blame, but it’s also lame, isn’t it ?

Oliver,
Coulda, woulda, shoulda doesn’t help grow our business and it will not make people who never intended to help you do their job.
Making excuses in this business is like mixing oil and water now ask BP how that turned out.
Thanks for the vid,

Haha. it’s our business afterall. Just a little suggestion Oliver, would it be better, if you can adjust the volume of the video to be louder?

Hi Ding Neng,
thanks for your feedback. You are right with the volume, I was wondering if that’s an issue with the microphone of the iPhone or if I simply need to talk louder.

Thanks for that excellent video Oliver.
I think your point also applies even when you are receiving good support and training from your upline. There will still be value and benefit to be gained from connecting with others and looking at different approaches to success. Much respect to Ryan for re-framing his bad sponsorship as a blessing! That’s a true success mindset attitude!
Cheers

Hi Jym,
thanks for your initial comment on my video. Glad you liked my video, it’s still not yet my favourite discipline
That’s true, even if you get good support, it’s a good idea to learn from an independent Mastermind group where you get generic information.
Yes, and Ryan’s behaviour is really awesome.

Hi Oliver,
I’ve been through this with someone I sponsored into the business. Although we all stuck our neck out for this person, they stilled complained. So I told this person that best solution for him was either to stop complaining and take some responsibility to follow what we suggest, or not be a part of the business which would probably be the better option for them. Never heard from them again.
