Previous post: Power Of Gratitude Pt. 7 – Attraction Marketing
Everybody knows that being grateful and feeling grateful is a magnet for more stuff we can be grateful for.
With that said, I have some good news and bad news for you.
The good news is that it actually works. The bad news is that it also works either way. The power of ingratitude.
That means that there are two types of people: Those who use the power of gratitude to their advantage and those who use it to their disadvantage.
There’s an old saying that we should already be grateful for the little things in life. The little things that are not so obvious, the little things we take for granted, such as a wonderful spring day in February.
Please watch this video to get what I mean:
It’s easy to be grateful for the big stuff and the huge breakthroughs.
What are the little things you are grateful for ?

Hi Oliver
One of the things I like to do is have a Gratitude Minute just before I fall sleep. I think of the big or small things I am grateful for during that day. It is such a lovely way to end the day!
Thanks for reminding us about this very powerful practice.

Hi Oliver,
Being grateful really makes a big difference in our attitudes and the outcomes in our lives. It changes our perspective and allows us to react differently and perceive differently. We start to expect good things and we are able to see them rather than seeing the negative. The good becomes bigger and more powerful, the negative becomes smaller and weaker!
Thanks for sharing!

Hi Oliver!
I MISSED YOU!
Sorry for being gone for so long. This was a great post to reconnect with you on though. I’m grateful for you and your encouragement you gave me this week. I really needed to hear it!
I’m grateful for the friends and connections I’ve met online. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be here working at home with my kids by my side. I’m grateful for my husband who has been so supportive of me this past week. And I’m grateful that my taxes are done and I’m not going to have to eat eggs for the next few months because they’re cheap!
LOL
Thanks for the reminder to pay attention to the little things!
It was unseasonably warm here today too, and I ran out to get the mail barefoot. Still a little chilly to be without shoes, but it was fun anyway. Spring is still many weeks away, but there is hope on the horizon.

Hi Oliver,
So true. How often do we take little things in our lives for granted? Do we take time to appreciate the wonders of nature and give thanks to God?
Sometimes we get a wake up call when we experience the absence of something before we start appreciating its presence.
I’m grateful for the little things and the big things that are happening in my life and business right now! Too many to mention, lol!
Thanks for a great video and for sharing the inspiration!
All the best,
Mavis

Hi Mavis,
thanks for sharing your insights and adding value. It’s a concern if we take the little things such as a warm shower in the morning for granted.
I am glad that you are able to be grateful for them.
Take care

Hi Oliver!
What is life without gratitude? Everything around us is worth thanking for – the blue skies, the snow-capped mountains, the lush forest, our family – especially that happy smile that lights up our children’s faces and the loving embrace of our beloved, our friends’ belief in us, and our work that fuels us.
Indeed, we shouldn’t take anything for granted. Thanks for the inspiring post!
